Your County Medical Care Facility is staffed with State of Michigan licensed and certified caregivers whose primary focus is providing the best quality and comprehensive care possible. Our local community physicians pride themselves on providing continuing care to their patients and seeing them personally on a regular basis. Residents don’t live in our facility; we work in their home. A resident-centered plan of care that is designed around one’s personal likes, dislikes, and preferences is standard. Our updated facility consists of 130 private rooms and 20 semi-private rooms with large accessible living rooms, reading rooms, and fully equipped dining rooms. Large common areas are available for private family functions and facility activities. Outdoor activities are important and our facility boasts two expansive, secure outdoor courtyards, including everything you will need for private family picnics and facility-planned events. Our goal is to make your stay in our neighborhoods as homelike as possible. We understand that whether you or your loved one’s stay is rehabilitative or long-term, it is not an easy decision.
